Who it's built for

Built around how professionals
actually work

Three distinct professional contexts — each with a different need. Clarity's dashboard adapts to each.

Family law attorneys

Your clients come in with folders of screenshots and weeks of unstructured anxiety. Clarity means they arrive with a structured brief instead — so your first session is productive from minute one.

  • Court-ready exports formatted for immediate filing
  • Certified timestamped records that hold up to challenge
  • Evidence index with behaviour categorisation
  • Read-only access granted by the client — you see exactly what they see

Therapists & counsellors

Understanding a client's full situation before you begin is the difference between productive first sessions and weeks of onboarding. The AI case brief gives you that understanding before you've asked a single question.

  • AI-generated summary of behaviour patterns and severity
  • Therapist-specific export format — structured for clinical context
  • Timeline view of incident escalation and triggers
  • No clinical diagnosis — Clarity names behaviours, you interpret them

Domestic abuse advocates

The professional's problem

The first session shouldn't be spent building the timeline

When a client walks in unprepared, the professional pays the cost. Clarity shifts the prep work to before the appointment.

01
Unstructured intake
Most clients arrive with disorganised screenshots, fragmented recollections, and emotional distress — none of which can be immediately used in a professional context. Building the timeline happens on your clock.
02
No pattern visibility
A single incident is rarely the point. The pattern of escalation, timing, and recurrence is what matters professionally — and it's invisible without aggregation over time.
03
Documentation gaps at critical moments
Clients often start documenting too late — after the first court date, or when the attorney asks for it. Clarity encourages documentation from day one, so the record exists when it's needed.
04
Format incompatibility
Therapist notes aren't court documents. Court documents aren't clinical summaries. Clarity generates format-appropriate exports for each professional context.
What professionals tell us
“The Clarity summary is the most useful first briefing I've ever received. I knew exactly what we were dealing with before the client said a word.”
Family law attorney, London
“I used to spend two sessions just establishing the timeline. Now I have it before we begin. Clarity has changed how I open every case.”

The time saving

How it works

From referral to court-ready document.
In four steps.

Designed around the professional's workflow — not the other way around.

01

Send a client invite

From your dashboard, generate a personalised onboarding link. Your client receives it, creates their free account, and starts documenting immediately — no setup required on their end.

Your client doesn't need to pay — free accounts cover solo documentation. You can also refer existing Clarity users.
02

Client logs their record

Your client documents incidents in plain language over time. The AI names behaviours, detects patterns, and builds a structured timeline — automatically, without your involvement.

You have read-only access. The record is entirely theirs — they control what you can see and can revoke access at any time.
03

Review the AI brief

Before your first session, you receive an AI-generated case summary. Behaviour patterns, incident timeline, severity distribution, and escalation trends — all in a format designed for professional review.

The brief is updated automatically as the client adds new entries. You always have the latest picture.
04

Export for professional use

Generate a court-ready PDF, therapist briefing, or certified records package with one click. Formatted for the appropriate professional context and ready for immediate use.

Certified records are cryptographically timestamped and tamper-proof — designed to meet business records standards.

From the professionals using it

What changes when
clients arrive prepared

“I recommend Clarity to clients who come to me mid-dispute with a mess of screenshots and no structure. It does in a weekend what would take us several billable hours to organise.”

Family law attorneyCalifornia, US

“The AI brief gave me a complete picture before my first session. I understood the escalation pattern, the timing, the severity distribution. It changed how I approached the whole case.”

TherapistNew York, US

“The client invite system means I can get someone started documenting from the moment I first speak to them. By the time we meet formally, there's already a record worth working with.”

Common questions

What professionals
ask before signing up

Can my clients afford Clarity?+

Yes. The core Clarity app for clients is free, and the Free tier provides genuine value — unlimited event logging, behaviour tagging, and basic export. Your professional access is separate and charged to you, not passed on to the client. For clients who need AI features, Insight is $9/month. Hardship accounts are available for clients experiencing financial difficulty.

Do my clients control what I can see?+

Yes, entirely. Clients grant you read-only access from their own settings — and can revoke it at any time without your involvement. You cannot add, edit, or delete any entries in their record. This preserves the integrity of the record and keeps the client in full control.

Are the certified records suitable for court use?+

Clarity's Pro tier generates cryptographically timestamped records designed to meet business records standards. However, admissibility depends on jurisdiction and how records are presented. We recommend discussing use of Clarity records with your local bar association or relevant professional body. Clarity does not provide legal advice.

How does the client invite system work?+

From your dashboard, you generate a personalised invite link. When a client clicks it, they're taken through a streamlined signup that pre-configures their account for their context and grants your dashboard read-only access automatically. You can monitor onboarding status from your dashboard and see when they've started their first entry.

Is Clarity appropriate for all my clients, or only some?+

Clarity is designed for clients documenting difficult interpersonal situations — high-conflict relationships, custody disputes, coercive control, workplace harassment, and similar contexts. It is not designed for crisis intervention (where immediate safety support is more appropriate) or for post-resolution documentation where proceedings have concluded. If you're uncertain whether Clarity is appropriate for a specific client, contact us and we'll help you assess.

Referral pathways that actually work. Send a client a personalised onboarding link from your dashboard — they land in a pre-configured account with their context already set up, ready to start documenting immediately.

  • Client invite links with customisable context
  • Dashboard tracks all referred clients in one place
  • Multi-client export for casework and reporting
  • Designed for solo use — no perpetrator involvement required
Professionals who use Clarity report that structured client records reduce case-preparation time by 60–80% compared to working from unstructured screenshots and notes. For attorneys, that's significant billable savings for the client at intake.
